Overview

ON-Time ("we", "us", or "the app") reads your Google Calendar, checks driving traffic to your upcoming meetings, and tells you when to leave — including an optional daily summary by email and Telegram. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data — Limited Use

ON-Time's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we only use Google Calendar data to provide and improve the app's user-facing features; we do not transfer or sell this data; we do not use it for advertising; and no humans read your Google data except where necessary for security, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in AWS (Frankfurt, EU). It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Your Google access credentials are kept only on our servers and are never shared with the app on your device or with any third party, except Google itself to access your calendar as described above.

ON-Time is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
